Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DeployGo's AI website generator, hosting platform, and related features (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

DeployGo lets you describe a website in natural language, generate site content and structure with AI, refine projects through chat, and publish sites to hosted URLs. Plans may include limits on published sites, AI usage, and optional per-site launch fees as described on our pricing page.

Features may differ between demo (mock) and production environments. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable.

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of an organization.

Organization accounts may assign roles and permissions (such as finance or settings access). Account owners are responsible for actions taken by authorized users.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

You retain ownership of prompts, uploads, and other content you submit ("User Content"). You grant DeployGo a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, modify, and display User Content solely to operate and improve the Service, including generating and publishing your sites.

DeployGo owns the platform, software, branding, and underlying technology. AI-generated output may not be unique; similar outputs may be produced for other users. You are responsible for ensuring your published sites do not violate third-party intellectual property or other rights.

Paid features are offered on subscription plans described at checkout. Fees are billed in advance unless stated otherwise. In demo mode, billing flows are simulated and no real payment is collected.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension of publishing or account features. Taxes may apply based on your location.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-generated websites may contain errors or omissions; you are responsible for reviewing content before publishing.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEPLOYGO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO DEPLOYGO IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by nature should survive (including limitations of liability) will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
